It is with deep regret that I must announce the passing of Bill Coffman. He died in his sleep on Friday, December 7.

A memorial will be held at the theater that he loved so much. Details will be posted here as plans are made.

Old Town Music Hall is the last of it's kind! With the help of many dedicated supporters, it will remain with us forever. Do not miss a chance to visit this wonderful monument to the former glory of the classic movie theatres of a time gone by. At the present time, the plan is that the show must go on. This will require a lot of volunteer effort. Bill swept the floors, booked the films, maintained the mailing list, kept the workshop in a state of chaos, shook hands, kissed babys, and sometimes even played The Mighty Wurlitzer as only he could!

This site is no longer "the official one". When "The Bills" got their own domain we took this one down. Due to very popular request from many fans and patrons, we are back. One new coming attraction to this site will be a gallery of photos taken at the theater. This will be updated as new material comes in. I have a series of photos of the "Wall of Fame, or shame" down in the basement of the theater. It has the signatures of most of the players that have performed at Old Town during the last 32 years. The schedule is now linked to the new site as it is silly to maintain the schedule on two sites.

Bill, we know you are in Heaven jamming with Carter, Wright, Crawford, and all of the other great organists we have lost. We still love and miss you!!!

ps. I will get the darned curtains working again in time for the New Year's Show!

Sincerely, Vicki Webb
